Beth Winchester This album is my favorite of the year so far, and got me through the hellish April I had. I listened to it pretty much after every shift at work, and I even added "I Hate the Weekend" to a playlist to play in our store every damn weekend I have to work there. I can't really pick a favorite track, but I went with "Talk" because it sounds great and it celebrates my kind of night in. Keep up the amazing work, I hope I get to see Tacocat perform someday! Favorite track: Talk.

Levrikon A rush of sugar. Pure pop that flies by without a wasted second. Tacocat are such amazing songwriters, when the record ends you'll just want to start it over again. Favorite track: Dana Katherine Scully

Tacocat’s third studio album, Lost Time (an X-Files reference, doy), is their first with producer Erik Blood. Blood’s sounds are wide and expansive, bringing a fullness to the band’s familiar sparkling snarl. The Tacocat of Lost Time are triumphantly youthful but also plainspoken and wise, as catchy as they are substantive.

Current me is slightly miffed at past me for having been so dismissive of the first Beths track I was introduced to: "Whatever" I think it was being slammed everywhere - and my response to that track was in keeping with the title... I shoulda given them a chance. As someone keen on more than a couple of Flying Nun luminaries, I submit their work is so much better than that early radio single. "You Wouldn't Like Me". Soo catchy.
